Malai Chicken Boti


1 pound boneless chicken (cut into chunky pieces)
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp green paste (coriander leaves, mint leaves, 1 green chilly)
juice of 1/2 a lemon
1 tsp ginger/garlic paste
1 tsp papaya paste
2 tbsp cream

Mix all the ingredients together and marinate it over night or the more the better. Put the pieces on bamboo stick and grill on an indoor/outdoor grill.

Serve it hot!!!! Your family will really like this as it tastes a lot different than regular tandoori botis.
