Chatpat Sauce Chicken






1 chicken boneless breast
1/2 bunch green onions
3 garlic pieces cut into slices
1/4 green pepper
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp corn flour
oil
1/2 cup cabbage and carrot mix
3 tbsp maggi chatpat sauce

Cut the boneless breast into small pieces. Marinate it with soy sauce, salt and pepper, corn flour and then fry it in 30 minutes. In a wok heat some oil, add garlic, green pepper and green onion. Stir fry them. Then add rest of the vegetables after some time. Also add some soy sauce, salt, red chillies flakes as per taste (if you want). Add the chatpat sauce and simmer on low heat. Add chicken, if the gravy is thin then add some corn flour to thicken the gravy. Add more spices if needed. Serve it with rice.
