Murgh Nizam

The original recipe is from Neeta Mehta's chicken and paneer cookbook but I have changed the recipe a bit to make it more convenient.

800 gm boneless chicken
a bit oil
2 onions
2 tbsp ginger/garlic paste
3 green chillies -slit, desseded and chopped
1 tsp turmeric
2 tsp salt
2 tsp red chilli powder
2 tbsp peanuts, 2 tbsp coconut, 2 tbsp sesame seed, 2 tbsp kaju (all grinded together)
1 tsp garam masala
3/4 cup yogurt
1/2 bunch green coriander leaves

Heat oil, add chicken and fry, then add onion and chillies paste and later add ginger and garlic paste also. Keep on stir-frying. Then add rest of the ingredients except coriander leaves. Add some water if needed. When the gravy and chicken is almost done then add coriander leaves. Cook it for 5 minutes and then serve it roti or naan.
