Marble Cheesecake

After making cheesecake several times, this recipe ingredients' proportions have been set my me to my liking. Most of the recipes that I came across used 3 to 4 cream cheese bricks which is not only heavy but also the cost of the dish becomes expensive. So, i wanted to make something that wasn't too expensive and wasn't too heavy either and finally here it is :) The cost of the recipe is around $5 only while at restaurants, a slice of it is around $5. I made this for a dinner party and the guest asked me to give her some of the cake to take home.

1.5 cup graham crumbs (you can even get these in bulk sections for fraction of the cost of original boxed ones)
3 tbsp butter/margarine
2 tsp oil
1 brick cream cheese
1 small pack sour cream
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tbsp chocolate chips

Mix butter and oil in graham crumbs. Layer the baking tin with oil and then pour the graham crumbs. Mix all the ingredient together except chocolate chips. Mix it with beater on a low setting. Pour 3/4 mixture over the graham crumbs. Microwave chocolate chips for 40 seconds and then mix it in the leftover mixture. Pour the chocolate mix over the white mix. Take a knife and make random patterns with brown and white layer. Bake it on 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Freeze it for 3/4 hours before serving.
