Neapolitan Cheesecake

I tried tons of no bake cheesecake recipes but I never liked the consistency of them. So, this time I wanted to try a baked cheesecake recipe that I could make all the time in the future. Finally, my quest ends at this recipe.

The original recipe used 4 cream cheese bricks which I thought was a lot so I changed the quantities around and here's my version of the recipe. This tastes very light in comparison to the market cheesecake, yet, you can feel some creamy cream cheese taste in it.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups Graham Crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 pkg Brick Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (microwaved 1 minute)
  • 1/2 cup strawberries grind
  • 1/2 cup White Chocolate (microwaved 1 minute)

Method

Heat oven to 350°F.

Mix graham crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.

Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Divide batter into thirds , pour each of 2 portions into separate small bowls. Stir brown chocolate into 1 portion, white chocolate into second portion and strawberries into remaining portion.

Pour brown chocolate batter over crust; freeze 5 min. Cover with white chocolate batter; freeze 5 min. Top with strawberry batter.

Bake 20-30 min or until centre is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool completely before removing rim. Refrigerate 4 hours or 2 hours in freezer. It looks and tastes the best next day
