Special Vegetarian Manchurian



1 cup hash brown
3 or 4 cauliflower bunch
frozen vegetables 1 cup
2 tbsp roasted cashews
1/2 cup fried paneer
salt
pepper
soy sauce
vinegar
corn starch to make the gravy thick

Microwave the hash brown and cauliflower together and then grind it together. Add salt and red pepper and make make veg balls. Fry them. Take frozen vegetables, stir fry them in oil, salt, pepper, dash of vinegar and 2 tbsp of soy sauce. Let it simmer for a while with a bit of water. Add vegetarian pakoras, cashews and paneer at the end. If the mixture needs to be thickened then you can add corn starch dissolved in water to the gravy. It will thickens. Serve it with fried rice or noodles.
