Egg Fried Rice

Rice 2 cups
Carrots 1/2 cup
2 eggs
salt
pepper
onion 1 cut into small square chunks
soy sauce
vinegar
peas 1/2 cup
oil

Boil the rice with 1.5 tsp of salt, a bit of oil and vinegar. Then beat the eggs with salt and pepper on the side. Fry the egg into small small pieces then add vegetables, soy sauce and let it steam for a bit. Once its done add rice and fry them. Adjust ingredients according to your taste.
