Pav Bhaji (vegetarian)




Pav Bhaji Multi-pot version



Ingredients:

For Bhaji (vegetables)

6 potatoes

1 cup/bowl cauliflower

1 tomato

1 cup/bowl peas

1 green chilly (optional)

2 tbsp ghee (vegetable ghee or vegetable oil)

1.5 tsp salt (+-)

1 tsp turmeric powder

1.5 tsp chilly powder

1 tsp mango(amchoor powder)

1 tsp coriander/ cumin powder

½ tsp coriander seeds

½ tsp cumin seeds

½ tsp mustard seeds

1.5 cup water

For Pav (Buns)

Buns  
Oil or ghee for toasting


Method:


·        Mix all the bhaji ingredients listed together in your multi pot including water and cook as per your brand. Mine takes 30 minutes to cook. After cooking take a hand blender and blend it to a thicker mush with some solids vegetables. Garnish with coriander if you want.
·         For the pav, take the buns and toast them on a frying pan with some ghee or oil as per your liking.
  • Enjoy pav and bhaji together.
