Cajun Dry Rub

This cajun rub is also purpose and can be used for many things. I use it for chicken, fish and even salads.

It is very easy to make.

Ingredients:

2.5 tbsp paprika
2 tsp salt
1.5 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground red pepper powder

For example:

To make this grilled boneless chicken, I used a bit of cajun rub, olive oil and lemon juice and grilled it on a home grill.

Like I said this rub is versatile. You can use it for many things.
