Sausage Kabab
These are a great substitute to all time favourite of kids- hot dogs. Not only you know what goes in the mix, you are aware that its free from chemicals and unnecessary ingredients that goes into hot dogs. Plus, this is healthy.
Ingredients:
2 cups water
ginger/garlic paste 2 tsp
1 pound beef (boneless or steak style)
3 medium size bread (soaked in water and squeezed)
besan 4 tbsp completely bhonafied
1 onion chopped
coriander leaves 3 tsp
green chillies 1 or 2
chilli powder 1/2 tsp
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp zeera powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 egg
Method:
Boil the beef with garlic/ginger paste and water. It takes a while to boil it, so, you can pressure cook it also. Put the beef in a grinder and make it a grinded mix. Mix all the ingredients together and mix them. Make long hot dog style kababs and freeze them. Defrost and fry when its needed.
Serve in a hot dog bun with ketchup.
