Tandoori Chicken and Cheese Patties


This recipe was inspired by something similar (not the chicken taste..it was plain chicken) that I ate while I was visiting Pakistan. I ate that stuff at salt and pepper village in karachi at the high tea.

Boneless chicken 1 pound (tiny square pieces)
2 tbsp tandoori masala
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp chat masala
16 shells puff pastry cups
shredded cheese

First mix tandoori masala, vinegar and chat masala in the chicken and marinate for one hour or more. Then take a wok, add the ginger garlic paste and then add chicken mix. Cook it on medium heat for 10 minutes.

Then take the shells and bake it on 350 degree until puffed up and goldenish brown. Remove the middle cover portion.

Fill it with chicken and cheese and bake until the cheese has melted. Serve it as a snack or side dish at a party.
