Rainbow Cookies (M&M cookies)
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1.5 cup all purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
bunch of m&m/smarties (i got the small tiny ones used for baking but you can use the regular ones)
Mix all the ingredients together and make the cookie shape and spread on a non-stick cooking tray...or apply oil at the bottom of the tray. Spread the cookie mixture wide apart as they become huge in size after baking. Now spread the m&m on the cookies and and insert them gently on the cookie dough...now bake on 350 degree for 20 minutes or until done
