Gola Kabab
Minced meat 2 pounds
onion 1 chopped
papaya paste 3 tsp
ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
yogurt 2 tsp
egg 1
nutmeg powder 1/2 tsp
garam masala 1/2 tsp
red chilli powder 1.5 tsp
salt 1.5 tsp (or 1 tsp according to your taste)
cardamom essence (optional few drops)
Mix all the ingredients together.
Let it marinate for sometime.
Make oblong shape kababs
Fry or bake (depending on time/preference) < I fried because I didn't have time to bake as I was in a rush>
Side note: they are very soft kababs...so, handle with care :)
