Chicken Haryali Fry (Green Fried Chicken)
Chicken 12 pieces
lemon juice of 2 lemons
ginger/garlic paste 2 tsp
4 green chillies
coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
mint leaves 1/4 bunch
egg 1
corn flour 5 tbsp
all purpose flour (maida) 5 tbsp
salt 2 tsp
sesame seeds 2 tsp
red crushed chillies 1 tsp
oil for frying
Make slits and marks on the chicken pieces, so that, it can absorb the maximum taste of the marinate. Take lemon juice, green chillies, coriander leaves and mint leaves and blend it together. Add ginger/garlic paste to the chicken, 1 tsp of salt and egg and marinate it for some time. When you are ready to fry the chicken, make the coating by adding corn flour, sesame seeds, red crushed chillies, salt and all purpose flour together. Cover the chicken with the coating and deep fry. Serve it with fries or wedges.
