Karhai Pasanday


When we can have karhai gosht then why not karhai pasanday. So, here's the recipe for karhai pasanday.

Here's a tip: before starting the process, add a little bit of meat tenderizer to the pasanday and a little bit of salt to marinate. This will help speed up the process when pasanday is actually cooked.

Pasanday 1 pound
ginger/garlic 1 tsp
lemon juice 1 tsp
red chilli paste 1 tsp
ginger fresh tiny pieces for garnishing
2 to 3 tomatoes
salt per taste
coriander leaves 1/2 bunch

fry the pasanday in a bit of oil with ginger/garlic and lemon juice. Add tomatoes, red chillies and salt. Let it simmer for 15 minutes. Now add coriander leaves and ginger. Let it cook for 5 more minutes. Serve it with naan and salad.
