Desi Style Steaks with Vegetables
3 beef steaks
1.5 cup california style vegetables
3 tsp papaya paste
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp cajun spice
1 tbsp mustard oil
1 tbsp olive oil
salt according to taste
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp mango powder
1/2 tbsp dried herbs any type
Add papaya paste, ginger and garlic paste and mustard oil to beef steaks and leave it over night in the fridge for marination. Take out the meat 10 minutes before grilling and add salt, chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala and mango powder to it. On the side, in the microwave, steam vegetables with dried herbs, cajun spice and olive oil for 8-10 minutes or even earlier depending on the setting you use. Now grill the steaks for 15-20 minutes turning sides once in a while on the home grill. You can use outdoor grill or even pan depending on what's available for you.
