Matar Paneer

Ingredients:

1 cup matar
150 gm paneer cubed
1 onion
2 tomatoes
pinch of hing
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
water
oil

Method:

Stir fry the peas for 2-3 minutes, then add onions and tomatoes and rest of the ingredients except for paneer. When the curry is almost ready then add paneer. Simmer on low heat for 2 minutes and then turn off the heat. Matar Paneer is ready.
