Vegetarian Noodles
Noodles Rice 1 packet
Salt
Pepper
Soy Sauce
White Vinegar
Shredded carrots 1/2 cup
lettuce 1/2 cup
bamboo shoot 4 tbsp
hot sauce 2 tbsp
oil
Boil the noodles in salt and soy sauce according to your taste. Then in a wok fry the vegetables with salt, pepper, soy sauce, vinegar, hot sauce in the oil. Then add noodles to the wok and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add any more of the above mentioned ingredients to make it adjust to your taste.
