Moti Pulao Biryani


Make the kofta curry with a thick tomato yogurt base. Boil the rice with salt. When you layer, add browned onions, tomato pieces, mint leaves, coriander leaves, green slit chillies, rind of lemon and food colour and some biryani essence. Cook it on low heat for one hour before serving. Mix the ingredients before serving. Serve it will coriander raita.
