chicken handi



Boneless chicken 1 pound
browned onion 1
yogurt 4 tbsp
green chillies 3 slit sideways
coriander seeds a pinch
zeera a pinch
coriander powder 1 tsp
ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
salt 1 tsp
red chillies powder 1 tsp
garam masala 1/2 tsp
cardamom 2
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

Fry the onion then add ginger garlic and chicken and bhonofy, then add dry ingredients and stir, lastly add yogurt and water and let it simmer until it done. Serve in a karhai with naan or chapati.
