Fried Chicken
For marinate:
10 chicken pieces
2 tsp mustard powder
2 tbsp soya sauce
3 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp black pepper
1.5 tsp salt
ginger garlic paste
Coating:
all purpose flour
corn flakes powder
Mix the chicken with the marinate and keep it over night. Roll the chicken over maida and then on cornflakes crumbs and keep it in the freezer to set for 10 minutes. Now deep fry in the fryer. Enjoy with french fries and coleslaw.
