Chicken Jalfrezi





For some of the recipes, that I am sharing them now they came from a photocopied recipe book of a relative of an aunty of mine who did some cooking course probably 30 years ago. These recipes are usually from scratch and are written in Urdu, so I am writing them down in English.
Chicken boneless in chunck and strips
3 tomatoes
green chillies 2-4
ginger one small piece
red chilli powder 1 tsp
garam masala 1 tsp
salt 1 tsp or as per taste
ghee 1/2 cup or less
onion half
garlic 2 pods

Warm up the ghee and then add chicken and fry. Then add on all the ingredients and continue to cook until ready. Serve it warm with naan.

I have made this recipe few times and my parents really like this.
